A title is not a measurement of the person carrying it.
Titles are useful handles. Trouble starts when the handle is mistaken for the whole human.

A role can name a responsibility without measuring the dignity, burden, or possibility of the person carrying it.
A task for today
Replace one title with a name today; the label will shrink, and the person won't.
