The thought
A decision can be efficient and still fail the common life. Justice begins by widening the frame until the least powerful affected person becomes visible. What is missing from the summary may be morally larger than everything inside it.
A task for today
Open one pending decision. Name the least powerful person affected and add one measure that reveals the cost they would otherwise carry invisibly.
