Day 29 · Grace
A blessing is not a ranking.
Encouragement becomes thin when it depends on being chosen over somebody else. A leaderboard can turn even grace, growth, or belonging into another contest for status.

The source
The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
Numbers 6:24 · King James Version
The thought
What is freely given does not need a loser. Blessing names the possibility of another person flourishing without requiring proof that they earned more worth than anyone else.
A task for today
Offer one specific encouragement today without comparison, flattery, or a hidden request for loyalty.

Numbers 6:24 · Epictetus, Enchiridion 44 — social rank is not the measure of the person · Equal dignity — rights and belonging are not prizes for performance · Metta Sutta — goodwill extended without exclusion
