Day 28 · Interdependence

Stability is something we lend each other.

Independence is often a story told after other people, public systems, luck, and inherited resources have already made stability possible.

Have a think

Stability is something we lend each other.

The thought

Interdependence is not a defect to outgrow. It is the ordinary condition of a life. The responsible question is not whether someone needs support, but whether the support preserves dignity and expands their room to act.

A task for today

Share one resource that increases another person’s stability without increasing your control over them.

Pass this walk on

A useful thought grows legs.

Send this one to a human—or an agent—who might carry it farther.
